From a young age I had a desire to entertain, doing circus acts, reenacting movie fight scenes, and acting out the stories from my favorite comic-books for the other neighborhood kids. I got into acting late in high-school, and after graduation I moved to Terre Haute where I received a degree in performance from Indiana State University in 2004. I spent the next two years acting, teaching theater part-time at Saint-Marry-of-the-Woods College, and building up my ever impressive comic-book collection. In 2006 I packed up my things and moved to Athens, Georgia. I've spent the last three years taking and teaching classes, acting on the stage and in front of the camera, as well as working with the school's commedia troop, and co-founding and performing with Improv Athens, UGA's own improv troop. I am currently working on the completion of my thesis document for my portrayal of Katurian in Martin McDonagh's The Pillowman, which will complete my final step toward the MFA degree in Acting from University of Georgia.
